Motivation and momentum are two very big words. Energetically, they’re words representing the connectedness of your internal mechanism to create with your ability for manifesting in the external world.

These terms can represent a precipice in which your state of being connects with doing. It’s a lens to note how you gage your energetic flow from being to doing to being and so forth.

There are many ways to describe this. How do you keep the engine running? How do you keep the plates spinning? How do you keep the balls juggling?

Consider the vantage point when you’re feeling a need to ascertain more motivation and build momentum. Motivation and momentum can feel as if they ebb and flow. When coming from an ebbing phase, you may question whether or not the flow will happen again. Sometimes the questioning can buck the flow rather that assist it. Depending on the questions, and answers, you must notice if this process is blocking flow or getting you into the groove again.

If any of the questions and answers you’re focusing on create doubt for you, this will buck your momentum. In these instances, even if you have motivation, you’re not in a receptive mode to allow momentum to build. There are moments when taking action seems futile. This is an opportunity to reassess your direction.

If you’re discouraged in anyway or feeling lower than optimal, this is a clear indication that motivation isn’t getting accessed. There’s no need to struggle. You might be of the mindset, that to push through this resistance you’re feeling is what’s needed. What about taking a step back and pivoting toward something else?

Find something that feels good to focus on. You might be feeling some fatigue from having placed your focus on too many external concerns. How do you bring yourself back to a single-pointed focus regarding something you can extend your influence? To take those initial steps toward expansion and positive momentum.

Start with one thing that stokes your inner fire and truly motivates you. Allow your attention to this to grow some momentum. Honoring this path of most allowance will create a chain reaction of positive flow.
